Trois Pépins or Three Pips as we would say here is a blend of apples, pears and quince from Switzerland. Naturally fermented, naturally sparkling and just the right balance of all three pomme fruits. Tannins from the apple are the backbone with candies pear notes and herbal aromatics form the quince. A beuatiful natural expression of these versatile fruits.
