Cider Tasting | Varieties

For our latest tasting we will be exploring the world of apple varieties and the different flavours and styles of ciders they can make. We will be tasting 6 different ciders from 6 different makers using 3 different varieties. We will have two different ciders made with each variety to directly compare the impact that terroir, technique and process can have on the final drink using the same variety of apple.

This is a really exciting and interesting way to expand your knowledge of cider and the fruit that goes in to making it. It's also a great opportunity just to sit, chat and drink so whether you want to geek out over Yarlington Mill and the influence the ancestrale method has on a cider or just try 6 ciders for £15 then come join us on April 12th for a a very apple based variety show!
